EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

IAC-Vancouver will be hosting the traditional exhibitor trade show. It  will allow organizations to showcase their products and expertise related to the aquarium facilities while connecting with the Congress delegates.

Who are the Visitors?

  • International delegates made up of aquarium staff, conservationists, scientists, researchers, educators, students, service providers and more.
  • Industry leaders and decision-makers within companies requiring services and equipment for aquariums.

Who are the Exhibitors?

  •  Businesses that supply equipment or services to aquariums

The Trade show will be held from September 26 to 29, 2016. Coffee breaks will be served within the Trade show. All booth locations will be specified by the Organizing Committee which will try to accommodate booth location requests on a first come first serve basis.

*Registration does not include session attendance, tickets to Opening Reception, or Gala Dinner – tickets for this can be purchased during registration.

When the completed form is received we will send you an invoice for your total contribution amount.

 Set up for Exhibitors is Sunday, September 25 between 12pm and 5pm. Tear down will follow the afternoon coffee break on Thursday, September 29.
